Wavaley Lucille Berry

Wavaley L. (Hinesley) Berry, age 94 of Gatesville, passed away on the 27^th of August 2020. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Restland Cemetery. There will be a come and go visitation Tuesday, September 1^st at Scott’s Funeral Home from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Wavaley was born on November 30, 1925 in Gatesville to the late William Henry and Waitstill Schley Hinesley. She grew up in Gatesville. She was married to Oliver J. Dallimore for many years. After his passing she married Floyd Berry of Gatesville, who also preceded her in death. Wavaley retired from Gulf States Telephone Company after many years of service as a telephone operator. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Gatesville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Hope Ritcheson, and Nadline McCallister; brothers, Neal and Elsworth Hinesley.

Wavaley is survived by her nieces and nephews and her great-nieces and great-nephews.
