Vicki Lynn Pressley

Vicki Lynn Hahn Pressley, age 73, passed away on January 4, 2021 in Gatesville.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Restland Cemetery with Pastor Preston Atkinson officiating.

Vicki was born on November 17, 1947 in Waco, to the late Gus and Beulah Ryno Hahn. She attended Waco schools and was a graduate of Navarro College, where she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa.  Vicki was employed with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice at the Mountainview Unit, until her health forced her retirement.  Her favorite times were spent with family, especially her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.  She was long-time fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas A&M Aggies. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Kristy Pressley Hays.

She is survived by her son, Jimmy Rutherford and wife, Amy; daughter, Kelly Merritt and husband, Jerry; brother, Bobby Hahn and wife, Julie; grandson, Brandon Harlan; granddaughter, Rebecca Rutherford; great–granddaughter, Paislynn; and her beloved fur baby, Roxie.

Vicki’s family wishes to extend their appreciation for her care to, R’Lue, Shera and caregivers at Hillside Medical Lodge.
