Roche Layne Moore

Roche L. Moore, age 33 of Gatesville, went to be with his heavenly family on the morning of September 2, 2019. Funeral services will be 2:00p.m., Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Sweet Home Baptist Church, with the Rev. Wray Nunn officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the funeral service.

Roche was born on July 15, 1986 in Waco to Benny and Trecienda Moore. He grew up and attended school in Gatesville and Waco.  Roche loved listening to music and dancing with the music.  He loved spending time with family and friends.  Roche was a beloved son, brother and a loving father to his children.  Gone from us too soon…he will be dearly missed by those who loved him.  He loved for his nieces and nephews to call him “uncle nephew”.

He was preceded in death by grandfather, James Moore; twin daughters, Sorya and Rayne Moore; son, Layne Moore; brother, Dylan Moore; and cousin, “Juice” Moore.

Roche is survived by his sons, Christopher and Drayson Moore parents, Benny and Trecienda Moore; sisters, LaQuita Moore, Unique Moore, OrBrion Porter and Frankie Grace Moore; grandmothers, (Memaw) Mary Johnson, and Sherin Moore; grandfather, Eddie Johnson; uncles, Kenny Moore, James Moore Jr., James Glenn Moore, Jonathan Krebbs and Adam Rios; aunts, Tina Hines, Diana Smith, Belinda Rios, Cynthia Moore, Jennifer Ross-Moore, and Tanika Glynn-Cosme; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
