Patsy Ann Laird, age 93 of Harker Heights, passed away on August 16, 2026. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19 at Killeen Memorial Park Cemetery.

Patsy was born on August 10, 1933, in Roby, Texas to the late Henry and Thelma Carey. Patsy grew up and attended school in Post, Texas before moving to Sweetwater. She met Kenneth Laird while in Sweetwater and they married in 1951.

Patsy spent the last five years at Hillside Medical Lodge in Gatesville where she made many friends and enjoyed all activities. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff members of Hillside who provided great care and friendship to Patsy.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, and her parents.

She is survived by her children Deborah Johnson, Albert Laird, Garland Laird and wife, Suzanne, Ronnie Laird, and Susan Laird, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
