Elizabeth Ann Crawford

Elizabeth Ann Crawford, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on March 13, 2026, at the age of 81. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 16, at Restland Cemetery in Gatesville, Texas.

Elizabeth was a woman who loved her family deeply and devoted much of her life to caring for those around her. Her home was a place where family gathered, stories were shared, and love was always present.

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Kepp and Martha Curry; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, who brought her immense joy; and many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Elizabeth is welcomed in heaven by her parents, Bennie and Lizzy Skaggs; her siblings, Clarence Skaggs, Patsy Wilson, and Bettie Blackwood; two of her beloved children, Billy Sutton, and Sandra Vargas; her great grandson, Kaidyn Vargas; and many more who were loved and identified as family.

Those who knew her will remember her for her strength, her faith, her love for her family, and the quiet ways she showed care for the people in her life. The memories she created with her family will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
