Delores "Kathey" Parrish Bynum

Kathey Bynum, age 78 of Allen, passed away on the evening of October 20, 2021, at home, in Allen, Texas, surrounded by her family.

Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Monday, October 25, 2021 at Live Oak Cemetery. Pastor John Lippert will be officiating.

Kathey was born on July 7, 1943 in Hamilton, TX to the late Wallace and Florene Wood Parrish. She attended elementary school at Liberty community, TX and graduated from Evant High School in 1961.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wallace Parrish, her mother, Florene Parrish, and her brother, Wayne Parrish.

Kathey is survived by her husband of 58 years, Donald Bynum of Allen, Texas; her daughter, Tammy Bynum of Terrell, Texas; her son and daughter in law Chris Bynum and Natalia Bynum of Bothell, Washington; her granddaughters, Teagan Hughes and Brenna Frye of Carrollton, Texas and Seguin, Texas; her grandsons Christopher Bynum and Anthony Bynum of Bothell, Washington; her great grandson A. J. Frye of Seguin, Texas; and her brother, Penyson Parrish of Oglesby, Texas.
