Deborah Foley

Deborah Cureton Foley passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023 in Waco, Texas. She was 69 years old.

Deborah was born September 3, 1953, in Waco, Texas, to Robert A. and Wynnola F. (Campbell) Cureton. She attended University High School and graduated with honors from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.

Deborah spent the majority of her career working for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She held various positions over the years, including Parole Officer, Pre-Release Counselor, and Medical Investigator. She retired at the end of 2015.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Dero and Willie Mae (Henson) Campbell, and a brother, Herbert Fredrich.

Deborah is survived by a son, Christopher Selby; sisters, Cathy Martin and Karen Fredrich; brothers, Jay Fredrich and Frank Neal; a host of much-loved nieces and nephews, and her very special friend, Sharon Massington.
