Cary Steven Zaborowski

Cary Steven Zaborowski, age 69 of Axtell, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2026, at First Methodist Church of Mart. The memorial will follow the regular church service, with a potluck dinner afterward. Family and friends are warmly invited to come together, share a meal, tell stories, and celebrate Cary's life and the memories he leaves behind.

After moving to Texas in the mid-1980s, Cary began a long and dedicated career in the aerospace and technology industry. Over the course of more than three decades, he worked for E-Systems, Chrysler Technology, Electrospace, Raytheon, and L3. Cary remained dedicated to his work and career until his retirement in 2018.

Cary was a devoted member of First Methodist Church of Mart, where his faith and service were an important part of his life. He played in the praise band, participated in and helped with youth camps and mission trips, and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Cary did anything and everything he could to support his church and his church family. His willingness to serve and his dedication to his church will be deeply remembered.

Cary leaves behind his son, Meilo Brock Zaborowski; his brother, Ron Zaborowski and his wife, Michelle, of Wisconsin; and his ex-wife and best friend, Tina Zimmerman. He also leaves behind extended family and friends who will cherish the memories they shared with him.

Cary's life was filled with faith, service, family, friendships, and experiences that created memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. While his passing leaves an emptiness for those closest to him, his memory and the difference he made in the lives of others will remain.

Rest in peace, Cary. You will be remembered, you will be missed, and you will always hold a place in the hearts of those who loved you.
